Multi-Day Senior Executive Motivation Event (Seattle, USA)

Microsoft OEM Marketing had a new team of managers. Their Director wanted a challenging multi-day event that tested the team, forced interaction amongst the group and excited and inspired them too. We custom designed a 2-day Amazing Chase experiential event, with professional facilitators, luxury transportation and a variety of unique experiences along the way. This is what they said…

Branding & Motivation Event (Vancouver, Canada)

Working with an American event planning firm and their client, a global vehicle manufacturer, we created an Apprentice-style community give-back motivation event, called the ‘Western Star Indy 500’. A sub-theme of the event was the design and construction of a giant 3-D corporate logo, including 3-D jigsaw pieces signed and inserted by each participant into the back of the logo, committing them to the future of the company and strengthening its brand across the dealerships. The completed logo is now proudly displayed at their manufacturing plant to serve as a permanent reminder of the teamwork, the creativity and the commitment of all those involved. Learning, Development & Reward (Puerto Rico)

Copart is the largest car auction company in North America and was planning a Sales Incentive to Puerto Rico. They wanted an employee engagement initiative that would bring their 300 sales associates together in a collaborative manner while having fun and learning more about old San Juan. There also needed a Facilitated debrief to tie in corporate messaging. We were pulled in to design and execute a custom GPS (Great Pirate Scavenger) and make sure the business components and incentive event were seamless.

Sales Incentive (Quebec City, Canada)

As a celebration of their sales results, the International Sales Team at FedEx was rewarded with a multi-day incentive to Quebec City. During one afternoon, we delivered a custom version of our CI: The Crime Investigators program, including a storyline specific to the logistics business and individuals from FedEx as real characters in the crime. The group loved the industry tie-in and the character involvement, making it even more memorable for the Sales Team. Here’s their feedback…

Reward Experience (New York, USA)

Without ever having worked at this upstate New York resort before, we delivered a highly custom program based around the award-winning Survivor TV show. Our version, the Corporate Castaways, included authentic music, fire-brimmed torches and real characters from the TV show, providing all the atmosphere of the real thing. This was a very important client event and every aspect of the incentive activity was delivered with extraordinary attention to detail. This is what the planner said to us after the event…

A North American meeting planner contacted us to re-invigorate an event they had planned in Barcelona, Spain for one of their valued clients. They found working with locals challenging, since they weren’t familiar with a popular North American theme the client wanted, and decided upon having our team head over to plan and implement their event would be a better solution. We stepped in to take over the event and with very short turnaround delivered The Amazing Chase event in the heart of this beautiful European city. The client was not only excited by the result, but very relieved to have discovered our company as the solution!
